Who is DaJé Barbour?

DaJé is a growing man, venturing through life slowly finding out who he is and how he can make a difference in the world. DaJé likes to think he is still 17. As that was his best age. It was the most fun and difficult time I had in my life. DaJé also tends to have several different personas but they will remain nameless as people only close to him knows them. I shall only tell you there are only three of them. 

 What did you do before modeling?

Before modeling (and way after descending to planet Earth) DaJé was just a normal kid in high school. I always have said that I wanted to be a star, someone special, someone in the spotlight. I'm currently working on that. I was not so popular during my Kindergarden through Freshman years of high school. Sophomore year is when it really happened. I met this girl and everything changed. She happened to be popular and introduced me to all her friends. Long story short popularity doesn't matter. While some of those people I still associate with, most of them I no longer talk to. So kids & earthlings if you're reading this, don't try to fit in, in the end it isn't worth it. We all go our separate ways. 

Your personal passion or hidden talents? 

A lot of people would never put me to be this nerd. I am a huge computer whiz. I absolutely love anything about technology. I also really have a passion for Apple. Another thing is my favorite rapper is Lil' Kim. Hahahah nobody would ever guess that she is one of my favorites. I love her. She is just one of my many favorite celebrities but I just had to give her a special shout out because she has inspired me a lot over the years. Hahahaha I also consider myself to be a secret chef. (thanks grandma!) grandma usually walks me through while cooking and everything turns out great. My favorite would have to be our secret red velvet cake! 

Ten years from now (you will be…)?

Wow it's hard to think about that. We are not promised tomorrow! But if I had to answer the question I would say that ten years from now I would like to be on top of the world. I really want kids. I love kids. I would like to have a huge family to keep my name going on for generations to come! I would like to establish my own brand as well. The rest is a secret, the only one who holds that secret to that brand, is my mother, as she helped come up with the idea. Lastly huge house in California or maybe even the suburbs of Chicago and throw lavishly parties like they did in the Great Gatsby. Yes I'm a dreamer. 

Favorite word?:

I really don't have a favorite word. But if I had to choose it would be clandestine. You what to know why? I'm not going to tell you. You look it up. :)

What’s no fun?

Oh man this is a good one! People that say they are going to do something and don't do it. Don't we all hate people like that. I mean, if you don't want to do something, just say so! Don't leave me hanging. Usually I just use my mind eraser tool that I got from my planet, to help me forget those people.

Something 'Timeless'?

Spending time with family. I love them so much. Words can't explain, even though they're not here with me, there's not a day that goes by where I don't think of them. I love you all.
