Who is Michelle Chamberlain?

That is who I am. Michelle Chamberlain - born in Utah and currently a model. Yes, I grew up Mormon and no I don't follow the JAZZ basketball (I've switched over to being a HEAT fan - OMG). I love travel and in my spare time I write. Follow me on instagram @michellerlain.

 What did you do before modeling?

I didn't know what modeling was while growing up, actually. I was scouted after my sister. I had just graduated high school. My parents thought it was a scam, then all the sudden she was a world traveler and I started thinking that lifestyle looked pretty darn attractive! I was working as a travel agent in Utah straight out of high school, focused on a career in Engineering.

Your personal passion or hidden talents? 

My passion is writing and it's a skill I've cultivated for years. I started out with a novel, which I'm still re-drafting and re-drafting :) along with my recreational projects I'll write the occasional chapter for observations on modeling or short stories. My interests are scattered. I'm working on learning languages to explore cultures. I've got down some broken bits of everything but still only fluent English... My most consistent pastime is simply observing. The world is an intricate and hectic place.

Ten years from now (you will be…)?

Gosh, it's hard enough thinking a few month ahead. In all honesty I've no idea where in the World I'll be in ten years, but I'd love to be mainly focused on writing or entrepreneurship by that time. Top 10 model board wouldn't be half bad either ;).

Catch phrase has to be: "Let's Do It"

What’s no fun?

Stress.

 Instant gratification? 

Pudge Knuckles in Williamsburg, their ChiVan especially. More simply: coffee.

Current 'eye candy'?

Vintage shops, funny finds.
